Our management team is comprised of New Brunswickers and long-time employees. Together, they’re working hard to provide the best service to customers.
Rob Gillies
Executive Director
Rob became Executive Director of NB Energy Marketing in Fall 2023. He joined NB Power in 2003, performing various roles within Distribution, Transmission, and the Corporate Services Division before joining the NB Energy Marketing team in 2016, and being named Director, Strategic Origination in 2019. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University New Brunswick and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He currently sits on the Boards of both the Northern Maine Independent System Administrator and Fredericton Sports Investment.
Chris Carson
Manager of Operations
Chris became the Manager of Operations with NB Energy Marketing in 2021. He has been with NB Power since 2007, serving in numerous roles within Distribution and Customer Service before joining NB Energy Marketing in 2012. Chris has experience in both Real Time and Day Ahead Marketing operations. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. Chris was instrumental in developing the Natural Gas Portfolio within NB Energy Marketing.
